“Better You” Series

Navigating life as a young adult cancer survivor is a journey that comes with its unique set of challenges. Beyond the physical battles, there’s an emotional rollercoaster—one that often goes unnoticed.

From grappling with survivor’s guilt to facing uncertainties about the future, survivors carry immense strength amidst profound emotional turmoil. Prioritizing mental health and well-being is essential.

As January marks the start of a new year, it’s the perfect time to prioritize self-care and growth.

We are excited to be partnering with Kaely’s Kindness (@kaelyskindness) on the “Better You” series, two programs for girls living with cancer ages 11-15 and 16+. These programs are designed to nurture confidence, connections and growth. Sessions begin in January 2024. For more information, please contact kaely@kaelyskindness.org.

Glory Be To Kids

We are so excited to announce that on January 9th, 2024, we were awarded $52,610 from Glory Be To Kids as their beneficiary for 2023. For 41 years, Glory Be To Kids has raised money through a variety of events each year that they donate directly back to a charity who focuses on helping children in WNY. Throughout 2023, all of their amazing events were held to help raise funds for Olivia’s Bears. We would like to thank each and every member of Glory Be to Kids and all who participated in their events in 2023. Please see the events they hosted below.
